Majority of Twitter users do not use mobile or third party apps, simply use Twitter.com
As MG points out, this chart is conspicuously missing Android usage.
Android definitely is missing… it took me a while, but I finally found a client that is actually aesthetically pleasing (yesterday). I’m now using Tweetcaster for Twitter (redundant name) and rather enjoying it. I finally ditched Twidroid after it malfunctioned for a solid day.
Echofon is where it’s at on my iPod Touch, though.

Like 80% of my friends have blackberrys, and they all use ubertwitter, so that 2% make up what seems like a huge portion of twitter users, which makes me think that the slim market share of Android coupled with shitty apps puts them >1.0%
